How much is Postage & packaging?

The price of each item already includes post & packaging so you can order as much or as little without the price changing!

Unfortunately we will have to charge extra for overseas orders (please email us for rates).

How soon will I receive my item?

We will send out your package within 48 hours but will endeavour to send items out the same day we receive the order.

What if I want to return my item?

We are happy to refund or exchange your item within 14 days as long as they are returned in the same condition as they were sent out. Unfortunately we cannot exchange earrings. Sorry!

How is my jewellery presented?

All our jewellery comes in a pretty organza bag.

Will I receive the item in the photograph?

Yes! All our pieces are unique & so therefore the item you see on the website is the item you will receive.

Can I place Bespoke orders?

Yes, yes, yes!
